Thread: ISO royal blue velvet gauntlets & fringe

Hello ladies, I just picked up a used blue velvet costume but it had no accessories :-( worse yet the only fabric store in town doesn't have the right shade!

Anyone have some "Egyptian blue" velvet arm candy?

I'm also on the lookout for dark blue beaded fringe or loose beads for repair work.

For color reference, I've attached pics of the costume I'm trying to match. I'm thinking I might need to hit up L. Rose Designs for some arm bands - not sure what kind though. I'm liking the elbow gloves/bands but also the china silk ruffled armband. Hmmmm.
