PrintShop Users: Can someone convert a file for me?

The coordinator for an upcoming local event sent out the flier to all the dance troupes involved so we could promote the show. I think it was created using PrintShop (.sig file). Unfortunately, she left town right after sending it and I don't have PrintShop (neither do the other troupe members she sent it to). I have MS Office (including Publisher) and Adobe Pro.

Is there anyone out there that can convert the file for me into something I can open?

I don't know if there is anything to convert Print Shop into a file that can open. I have Print Shop at work and the handful of times that my computer was being updated or having glitches, none of the disks that I had downloaded Print Shop files from would open up on something else. IS (Information Services in our corporation) couldn't help/assist, etc. with that and only suggested setting up the program again. So that meant that I had to redo from scratch everything that I had done in the past. Good luck and I am eager to know if there is an answer to this dilemma.

I don't know if there is anything to convert Print Shop into a file that can open.

Could it be printed as a PDF? It wouldn't be editable, but at least people without Print Shop could view the files.

I wasn't able to open it with Adobe Pro. But maybe if someone could convert it to PDF from PrintShop first?
