How do I post bigger photos?

Hi, everyone!
I'm trying to post some photos on a thread, but I only get thumbnails... I've seen posts with bigger photos, that I think it's regular size.
How do I do it?

You have to upload photos somewhere so that they have a url. then you use the image button (looks like a square with mountains and a sun or moon, located above the window where you type your posts). You paste in the url of the photo and voila! You have to get the url exactly right or it won't work, you can preview the post to check before submitting.

I upload mine to my own website but I'm not sure if it works if you are using photobucket or something like that, maybe others will chime in.
