    Firefox Users - You Tube to ipod Conversions :)

    I've just discovered a Firefox add-on for converting you tube videos to mp4 for ipod and just HAD to share ..g.:..g.:

    If you go to add ons in the Tools menu, and type 'video download' into the search box you will find a free You Tube Converter that allows you to download the video as mp4 with one click. I save it to my desktop, then just drag & drop into the itunes library and voila! All my favourite dancers on my ipod ..g.:

    There should be one just called You Tube converter, with the you tube logo. I did it just a couple of days ago, so it should still be there, it was at the top of the list.

    I searched for 'youtube' and discovered a 'youtube comments snob' that filters out icky comments. LOL!

    I'm going to try the Easy youtube video downloader. Thanks for the tip!

    Yes, I just had a proper look on Firefox, the Easy You Tube Video Downloader is the one I used. I didn't get a chance to search for the full name this morning as I don't have firefox access on this computer, but I couldn't wait to share

    thank you for sharing! I got the Ivy, but once I initiated it, it sent me to another site to download shareware.

    Did I do something wrong?

    Sorry Kina, I don't know anything about that one... Sounds confusing, I'd stick to the you tube downloader, its so so easy and I've had no problems whatsoever with it so far.
