bypassing filters to access websites

I read a post re a link to bypass blocked websites from work and such but have not been able to locate that thread. I would appreciate having that info. Thx in advance to the Bhuz brains.

do an internet search for proxy websites.. that should help. that is until they start blocking the proxy sites..
