Internet troubles today -- DC area or Network Solutions?

Is anybody else in the greater Washington, DC area -- or on Network Solutions -- having trouble with Internet connections and e-mail today? My Verizon accounts are OK though slow, but NS seems to be completely down. I'm wondering if it might have to do with today's cyberattacks on some of those large, important buildings just a couple of miles from here.

My connections are pretty slow and have been for a couple of days. I don't know if this relates to this thread but I wonder if it's because there is a lot of "traffic" on the Internet?
