Silly but, I can't upload my pictures to bhuz!!!

Feeling kinda stupid but, all of my pics seem to be the wrong size or too many kb or mb or pixels for bhuz, so I can't get my pics as an avatar!! I'm about to give up...help? ..cr.:..c::

We were just talking about this in the Bhuz Biz forum... others have that problem too.
Do you have an image editing program? I use Jasc Paint Shop Pro and that's really my limited area of knowledge...
Regular photos nowadays are huge. If you have a program you may find under "Edit" a Resizing option, make sure you SAVE it first in the regular size before you do anything, and name your resized image differently.
