Help our joomla website has been hacked!

Im so sad right now. Our website just died today. Im suspecting it has been hacked. If anyone know Joomla here then pls could you have a look at our site?

I have a joomla site too. How about removing all your files from the server and replacing it with the newest , updated version of joomla?

I never did that so im scared i will delete everything or something i shouldnt. I spent so much time on cropping pics, and making texts sound good and now im scared it will all be lost.

How do you mean died? Is there a warning when you visit your site that you are distributing malware? Have you been notified that you have been blacklisted?

This happened to me just last week, so I can sympathise.

No nothing like that. We are still high on google. But when I type the adress the page almost shows up and then a white page comes that says in swedish something like "the url dont exist". The website is: dansoz.se btw.

Got a browser warning that the URL doesn't exist. Have you checked with your host? Has something expired?

I logged in and all looked fine, the bill is paid so that cant be it.

You should contact your provider to see if they can give you some insights.

This is really confusing, he claims he can see the whole site and nothings wrong??? But I really cant see it. And it seemed like u guys cant either right?

Our site is black and with allot of colors, all i see is a white page.

now I can see it, but still get the browser warning. is you host doing some sort of url forwarding shenanigans? are you on shared hosting? virtual machine?

The chat broke down and I cant connect with it again... All I could do was write them a email.

I really dont know, they are a big company, many use them in sweden, i hope not.

I dont know what shared hosting is. But I bought this adress and im the only one who is using it for our site if that helps.

I still just see a white page. What could this be?

clear your browser, cookies and all.
establish a new connection. can you load the site?
just because you bought the url, doesn't mean anything about your hosting. the server you are hosted on can be having issues. the network of servers, etc your host is using can be having issues. there are so many variables. the failed chat session is a big red flag that your host is having tech issues... unless they use 3rd party support.
if you submit a ticket, they should respond within 24 hrs, no?

is this the only issue you are having? its not a local issue on your machine/network right?

I will clear my cookies, but i dont think its local. Ive just asked some students on facebook and they cant see the site either. I think they will answer in 24 hours but Im worried they wills ay what the guy on the chat said "its woking fine" and he even posted text from site and wrote "isnt this ur text" I was like , yes, but, i cant see it online.... =(

It was a module in joomla that was "broken" I turned it off.. OMG, I hate when these things happends... Thanks for all help u guys!
