Audacity File Not Found + Windows Vista

Hi Bhuzzers,

I made a recording of some phone messages, on to my PC with Audacity.
My computer (Windows Vista), won't recognize the file, so I can burn it to disk.
The audio file is THERE, I even have an icon for it.

Is there a way I can make my computer recognize it, so I can burn it too disk?

I've used audacity with other Windows programs, and never had a problem.

Please help!

Could you export or save it to another format?

with audacity I usually also download the "lame" exporter so I can export as MP3.
