I live in a quaint 2-bedroom apartment in the best part of central Cairo - Zamalek. My flat is very convenient as well as clean and cozy; has all amenities and everything works :-) (I have lived there for 4 years). I will be in Dubai for the month of May and part of June and am renting out my second bedroom during that time (preferably to a dancer! :-))
