Thread: This year's Cairo festivals - how were they?

Am I missing something? I thought that people would want to tell us about the Nile group festival and Ahlan Wa Sahlan - but I didn't see anything?

Please tell, I am curious!

I talked to Princess Farhana yesterday, she just got back. Both festivals were smaller (as to be expected); I think it was about 70 at Nile Group and a few hundred at AWS -- in fact Raqia held one of the galas on the Nile Maxim. She said Cairo was quiet, with virtually no tourists.

I wonder why the blogger felt it necessary to say about a 13 year old dancer that "the only thing she could remember was that she had on her belt backwards" MMMMMM
