Our application to teach at the 2012 Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive is now online. We will accept applications until November 15th. If you are interested, please don't delay in filling out the form. We generally only have a small handful of positions, so we hope you understand that we cannot possibly accommodate every request. 2011 was so much fun! I can't wait for next year

I can't even being to tell you how excited I am about the amazing list of
instructors who are teaching at the 2012 Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive &
Festival. It's definitely going to be spectacular.

The schedule is done, but we're still working on the shopping cart and class
description pages; meanwhile, I thought you'd like to see a list of teachers!

2012 Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive Team of Instructors

video. At the bottom of each of the individual pages, there is a list of links
to the other teachers, so you don't have to continuously return to the "Meet the
Instructors" page.

Once our schedule is posted, the full package price will increase. Today is the
best time to register for the lowest price of the year.

Ready, Set, Go! We are proud to announce that the 2012 Grand Schedule for the Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive & Festival is now online.

We will open the shopping cart, the festival submission form, and the pro-show audition form to the general public on Saturday 2/18. The current full package holders have been sent their registration emails and can access the shopping cart and festival submission form now. Looking forward to seeing what this year brings us.

The Las Vegas Bellydance Intensive's shopping cart is now open! Individual classes, show tickets, tee shirts, and transportation is now available for purchase. All the goodness takes place September 6-9th, 2012.

We've now opened the festival performance submissions. These spots are given on a first-come, first-serve basis. Priority placement is given to full package holders and workshop attendees. There are only daytime dancing slots available on Saturday September 8th and Sunday September 9th, 2012. Please read our policies before submitting, and be sure to fill out the form completely.

Our Saturday festival performance spots are now full and we've started a waiting list. Sunday performing spots are nearly gone as well (less than 5). If you or your troupe are going to perform, please fill out our online submission form NOW.

The festival stage is now FULL. If you did not fill out a submission, please do so anyway. We have started a waiting list and our current line up is still contingent on confirmations. I'll be teaching a workshop on Sunday on how to create your own choreography and combinations. Don't forget to sign up in advance, to secure your spot!

I plan to take some of other people's workshops on Saturday and Sunday, plus go to all three shows. It'll be a nice weekend-long immersion in belly dance!

I hope to see some of you there!

Honestly, I'm so glad to hear you're coming. I've been a little worried about how many people would be up at 8:30am on Sunday to take my class. I did a trial run of the material last weekend and the students LOVED it. I'm sooooo stoked about the class.

Shira, I'm so sorry I have to miss yours. I'm taking several Saturday classes, but on Sunday I wanted to just teach & perform. I hope I get to take it someday, and I hope I get to see you while I'm there. Are you performing?

Awwww.

Nope, not performing. I was originally looking at working with a friend to put together a duet for the Festival stage, but we both were feeling overwhelmed with "life" getting in the way and decided "not this year".

Maybe we'll find time to have coffee together or something while there.

Omigosh! I'm so excited! I can't wait to meet everyone :D

Nothing has sold out yet (that I know of..haha). I am pretty sure that Sadie Marquardt's Drum Solo class will sell out though.

How fun - this looks totally amazing! I am so bummed - we have an important event at my work during the Intensive this year so I couldn't get it off. But planning on next year for sure!
