Thread: costa rica in Aug/Sept ..contacts?

Who teaches dance in Costa Rica? I'll be flying in late Aug and staying for 11 days..I plan to be on the pacific coast most of the time but with some advance planning I'd love to see if there are any workshops going on, and if it's possible to bring silk veils for a trunk show

I saw that, I'll have to see if it's going on this year too. Not planning on doing more than one day of dance related stuff..mainly going to zipline and kayak with crocs and stuff like that :)

The ad is for the 2012 incarnation, I believe. A friend of my has been to dance tours of this particular resort (her experience is w/ going to Rachel Brice in January) and loves the place. If I recall correctly, they have vendors, so you may be able to strike a deal with them for a veil trunk show.

I recall Betsy/Bahaia sponsored an annual retreat in a tropical location. Not certain if it was Costa Rica or not. Maybe you could search her website or previous posts for info. If that does not work maybe you could contact her. (Cannot recall exactly where she held her retreat. Sorry.)

coolness, what great timing, I'll be there in CR for part of it, I contacted Sahara to see if I can take a few
dance classes and vend but I'll only be in that area for perhaps a day
