Thread: Anyone Heard from Vron?

I PMed her last week and I e-mailed her two days ago, but I've not heard back from her.

She said she would mail a package to me on the 13 and I've not received it yet, but I do know that she has some personal things going on.

I'm worried about her. Has anyone been in contact with her???

I bought a couple of her videos around the same time, and have not received them yet. I just PMed her here for the first time yesterday. Let's keep each other posted.

Update: She just PMed me back, way less than 24 hours after I messaged her. All is well, my videos are on their way.

I just checked the first PM I sent to her on the 24 and she still didn't open it. So, I just sent her another PM with a cut and paste from the one I sent on the 24. Hopefully, I'll hear from her soon.

Me too! I was just coming here to post and ask how long is too long to wait? When I sell something and it's done paypal I ship same day or next. If they paid by a check via paypal then I have to wait for the funds .... but seriously....a DVD is easy to ship. I got worried because people steal my mail. She did reply and say she just hasn't mailed it yet. I'm sorry but if you're lazy or know you have stuff going on (family/personal/etc) -- THEN DON'T SELL **** if you can't follow thru! If you have time to post it, then you have time to ship it!

BTW - how do you ask for your money back on paypal? If I don't get it by April 1st, I want my money back. Call me impatient or whatever but I have no tolerance for people who don't ship in a timely manner.

You can go to paypal's resolution center to request a refund. I had to do it recently, and got all of my money back, plus an apology from the vendor.

I received my package today, well wrapped and in good condition. It was postmarked the 27th--before this thread started.

I don't blame Vron for waiting to be sure my paypal cleared before she shipped. I would have done the same. Thanks!

I have ordered from her in the past with no issue and she was always helpful if I had a question about the dvd I was interested in. I also received the package in a timely manner.

I paid on the 13 and I still haven't gotten the videos. I did hear from her and she said she mailed them late, but I also asked for a tracking number which I've not received. I've PMed her and she hasn't looked at the PMs. I don't understand what happened because she is usually great with past transactions. I hate to say this, but I specifically asked for two vhs tapes that were not included in a previous order. So, I paid for them again and they haven't arrived yet with an extra video. I'm considering filing with PayPal as well. I hate to do that without really knowing what is going on. Vron has been terrific in the past, but I don't know what is going on and I NEED to do something. Azeeza

vron was not in class this week because her mother is on life support at north fulton regional hospitial in alpharetta,ga. she contacted staff infection from a surgery she had a few weeks ago. is it for a large amount? I just tried to call her but got voice mail and didn't want to leave a message but will talk to her later.

Okay, maybe we are talking about a different vron. the one I know is anything but a lazy thief. Is she from GA?

Lena - did you receive the DVD? I understand you are annoyed about not receiving the $5 DVD (including S&H) I sold you as quickly as you should of... But to come on a public forum after two weeks, when I have been honest and upfront with you, to badmouth me in this way is just cruel and insensitive.

Azeeza – as I told you in my last pm to you (btw, I have NEVER received any emails from you. I have, however, received a ton of pm’s from you.) I sent the videos out one week after you paid and later than I had planned. And as I stated in my PM to you, I am very sorry about that. I also sent them through media mail because of the high cost of sending vhs’s. You mentioned in a previous message to me that you have purchased other items from bhuzzards that are or were lost, and so I appreciate your concern. Since you brought this up in a public forum I feel I need to address this here as well. These two VHS tapes you are referring to were not supposed to be included in the previous order. I gave you a steal of a deal on that previous order, and as I told you in a pm, I could not include the additional VHS’s in the original price without feeling that I was being taken advantage of. This was apparently a misunderstanding.

Azeeza – I wanted to add that I hope my post doesn’t sound like I think you are being unreasonable or dishonest in any way. I am tired and don’t have the best communication skills at the moment. I’m sure you are most likely a kind, upright person and I truly appreciate your concern.

Yes, it finally came in today.

I never bad mouthed YOU in particular. I just said in general that if you have time to post it for sale, then you have time to ship it. If you have personal crap going on in life...it may not be a good time to be selling ****.

Regardless if something is $5 or $500....if you're not able to ship as quickly then it's good to communicate it.

Hi Vron:

We've done business for years and nothing like this has ever happened. I only sent you one e-mail and I suppose it went into your bulk folder and that was the reason you never received it. I did, as you noticed, sent you a ton of PMs. Most of them weren't opened. I became concerned.

You did tell me in one PM that you mailed the videos "late". I have no idea if that a few days after I paid you or at the end of the month. Also, I requested a tracking number. In your last PM you said you would go find it. Days went by and I didn't hear from you. I PMed you again and again the PM wasn't opened.

I didn't know what else to do but to contact PayPal and ask for a refund because my PMs weren't being opened and you never received my e-mail. All communication seemed to be cut off between us.

This is very distressing.
