Has anyone shopped at pureegypt.com? Their merchandise looks good but ordering looks complicated.

Hello Cerena: Talking about puregypt.com, I've been trying to buy from them since like a month and even called to Egypt to get my quotation and payment link as soon as possible and they just don't even answer or give a waiting time!!! I don't know how trustable is to work with some vendor who doesn't even give me a simple quotation or tells me she will send the quotation that same day but nothing comes, for me that's like liying and not fare, because I have promised my clients new merchandise and now I don't know what to do.... I also know they charge you about 5.3% extra from the whole paying amount if you pay with paypal....

I would like to know too, about both pureegypt and the shake one. There is a cell phone on pureegypt to call... I used a cell phone number for losttreasures, and the guy answered right away and took my order with paypal (no extra %, but he did overcharge a bit)

Ok, I got an email response within 12 hours form pureegypt on a costume - 350 for oriental. I'm not sure about ordering though, since no one seems to have ordered before. Paypal's claims can only be filed within a certain amount of time and these costumes seem to take longer than that. She also didn't specify shipping charges. AND it says it ships EMS...which is China only I think. So much for EGYPT!

I got an email from them with loads of pictures. I asked for pics of one of their costumes so I could see it better and a few days later they send me them, plus more sale costumes with prices, and an apology for it being delayed because they were on vacation. I hope they are good sellers!!

So, did you buy from them?

How did it turn out? I'm kinda interested in one of their costumes....

I bought a few costumes from them. Worked out. Very attentive seller. They do have high fees and very very high shipping, but it seems that most of these sellers do (international, more wholesale-y type). Worth it though if you get a good deal on the costume. Quality is good, I actually liked these better than the couple I've gotten from bellydancestore.com. Bit more creative excessiveness in the bling (good kind of excess of course!).
The seller actually sent me two emails to type this, so if you have a problem and post it here, she will see it and probably tend to it!

I posted this on pureegypt's user profile but thought I should also post here on this thread. I recently received awesome customer service from Hoyda at Pureegypt. Hoyda took care of an issue I had with one of their Assuit dresses and sent me a replacement in an incredibly quick time. Good communication and the assuit dresses are very lovely and an excellent price. This seller knows the value of looking after their customer.
