,m:: The guy seemed nice and I received my costume quickly and it was beautiful (although the measurements really didn't take into account the weight of the skirt - slide right off me) but I never received my cane!!! He charged separate shipping and twice the cost of the listed canes. I ordered over the phone and payed with paypal. It was on the receipt and he didn't mention anything about the cane except that yes he had them and yes he would add it to my order.
It has been more than two weeks and paypal was notified a few day ago. Luckily I got my costume but this is still stupid. I didn't get any email (replies or simple notifications from a good seller that it would be late or is out-of-stock). Hopefully I get my money back.

What is this vendor's name so we can all be aware of his dishonesty?

It is not right for his to charge for the cane (twice the price) and not even ship it.

Hope you will get your money back by Paypal, but if he had already transferred all the funds out of his Paypal account then you are out of luck with Paypal. If you used a credit card to pay for Paypal then you should call your credit card centre and try to get your money back under the purchase protection. You need to act fast with the credit card centre though.

Thanks Jennah. The vendor is claiming he sent it so I asked him to give a tracking number to me and paypal. If this doesn't work out I will give his name.

Got my refund, .. after lots of huf and puf. He SAID he would ship me the cane and give me the refund if I then sent him some sort of check for the cane shipping (15 or something). I said, uh, no (really?! When you could just take the ship-money out of the refund??? Whatever) I just took the refund.
