I was very pleased with their courtesy in responding to my questions about items, and their shipping time was very reasonable.

I've been dealing with them for almost 4 years now - never had a problem and they're reasonable to deal with. They're stuff is great too!

I had bad dealings with them a few years back. I rather not buy from them. There are so many better vendors

I received everything fine, and they responded to one of my requests for a quick ship, but overall I prefer to deal with other vendors too.

Our troupe order some choli/hip scarf sets from them and it didn't go well. There were problems with the order and when we confronted them about it, we were threatened. I've read and heard very similar stories about them over the years. You can generally get the same merchanidise from other vendors who are alot nicer to their customers.

Won't ever order from them again. They forgot to send something out for 2 months, did not get back to me in a timely fashion, the items were not very well made....

Like Shahla said, our experience was unpleasant. We custom ordered 10 costumes & waited months. They arrived late and had holes in them. When I tried to request a full or partial refund because the costumes arrived in damaged condition they were unbelievably nasty. I would never order from them again & would never recommend them to anyone.

Wow, a lot of negative feedback.
Looks like I should have checked before I bought... but I paid $225.19 for several items on Aug 14th. To date, I haven't received anything and even though I've sent several emails lately, the last response I have from them was on the 24th saying they'd look into it.
Maybe they're just swamped or something. The first two shipments I ordered came in fairly quickly and were exactly what I expected.
Hopefully, this'll get squared away soon.

Also had a bad experience. Ordered two costumes. Items shipped late and one skirt arrived with a hole in it. Had to email them again and again to get a response. The other skirt and vest set came and was not the measurements posted. Did eventually get an exchange for a sword that was useless. :(

Purchased from We3 several times. Always had good experiences with them ,r:; I receive so many compliments with the skirts and veil I purchased from them. See pictures.

Just contact her & she will send a detailed invoice via paypal for whatever you need.
Much better pricing & customer service & she pays for advertising here on bhuz.

I bought some skirts and vests from them that were beautiful although the vests were rather larger than I expected. I must say that they were very friendly and nice to me about exchanging the merchandise, although shipping was not terribly fast.

Hey, great news! They contacted me last night and it turns out a combination of events, none under their control, delayed processing of my shipment. They sent the package today and refunded me all the shipping charges.
They were very apologetic about the whole thing.
I should get my stuff by Saturday. Can't wait! I bought one complete chiffon set (ghawazee top, 32 yd skirt, hip scarf and veil), one silk cotton ghawazee top, hip scarf, and 32 yd skirt, and one faux silk ghawazee top.
*Rubs hands together in excitement.* My BD studio opens next week for the season; can't wait to show off my new goodies. ..l;,

I've bought 7 things from them - one of them was delayed a long while (it was custom), but I was given a 'make good' gift. Isabel was very kind and polite to me each time. I've not had a bad experience.
The Troupe I used to dance with got 8 costumes in time for a show, but two had some errors (color/sizing) and it was corrected. Two former Troupe sisters had complaints about an additional order however, and won't deal with them again.
I think if the item is IN STOCK it might be less of an issue. The only problem I had was for a custom, which took 6 mos - a bit longer than I expected, but I'm also very patient. Dancers needing something in a critical timeline ordering a custom might want to choose another source or one of the many lovely vendors at workshops/shows. :)

I've always had pleasant communication with them, and my we3 items have always been good quality. Though they have never been particularly quick about shipping.

We3 Belly Dance: BAD, BAD, BAD
I ordered a skirt from them on Jan. 3, 2013. A week later they sent me a message asking what length I wanted my skirt! I didn't see this message because I wasn't expecting it and it got buried in my inbox. If they need to know the length, WHY isn't that asked for when you order in the first place?
I replied with the length on February 8 asking them to give me an updated delivery date. Never heard anything after that. *
Finally today (Mar.23, 2013) I remembered that I still hadn't received the doggone skirt. By now I just wanted my money back. Tried to get Ebay Buyer Protection to handle it, but they said they couldn't do anything because the payment was made through PayPal. After I sifted through PayPal's horrible page after page of instructions and disclaimers, I found the small print that says you have to register the dispute within 45 days! This seller doesn't even promise to ship until 6 - 8 weeks! How convenient for them!
By this time I was steaming. This is not how I planned to spend my Saturday afternoon--hours on the internet trying to figure out how to get a refund of $39.99. Thank God I called my credit card company (Capital One) and they said, "Refund? No problem." That money is going back in my account today and I will NEVER deal with these idiots again. Neither should you!*
