Thread: how do i order a costume from sim

i tried emailing them a question about a costume but i never got a response. how do others order from them?

Were you trying to get a custom design?
I just went through the ordering process on their website. I picked a costume that was listed but there was a place to put in notes about color/changes/special requests. Once I placed the order they emailed me with payment info and they were always pretty fast with responding to emails.

hi mariyah, no, i was just asking if a costume came in a diff color and no response. maybe i'll try again. how long did it take you to get your costume made and shipped to you? i'd like to get one for a show on april 17th

As far as I know, they will make any of the costumes on their site in any color. They were very fast! I think they took less than a month, but it probably depends on how busy they are at any given time.

I sent order 2 years ago and I get my money with chargeback! They didn't answer to my e-mails or callings.
Be careful please.

I can't even get into the website. I registered and they have sent me a password everytime I ask for one. But it does not work. I have even tried to contact them, no response. Does anyone know who I should contact?
