Thread: cd swap buying vent!

So this is a rant. I will not name the person publicly but u can message me.

Someone posted a long list of cds at the beginning of may. so a bunch of us happily requested certain ones paid and waited. when i recieved mine a week later i had been sent the wrong ones. easy enough mistake. so i contacted both the person who was suppose to recieve that batch and the original seller. figuring maybe the other person recieved mine.

Well she never received any cds what so ever.

so her and myself have been trying to contact that seller. who after answering the first intital private message (a week later) saying oh shell take care of it and fix it. has not responded to a single private message from me and only responds maybe once a week to the forums if we comment on every single one. claiming shes really sorry shes had a "headache". every week??

I mean seriously. She messed up. accept the responsiblity that she made a mistake and refund my 25 dollars. i already sent the other person her cds once we realize she was gunna **** us around. its not like im asking for a large amount of money. if you messed up you should accept the responsibility for that. and it just is so irritating. its been over a month at this point.


edit: sometimes i guess this thing works. since this went up she has contacted me so we will see what happens.

Thank you for putting my CDs in the mail. I don't have a problem naming said seller, PrincessNadirah, because she said she would refund your money and refund the money for sending me my CDs. I don't know anyone on this board that wants to be ripped off. And I am highly insulted that she has been on this board for so long & refuses to right the situation.

I know that you buy at your own risk on here but it would be nice if we had some kind of rating system for sellers & buyers. I usually don't buy from new people and PrincessNadirah has had plenty of posts so she's been here for a while. This transaction will absolutely make me leery of others unless it's someone that I'm familiar with.

Maybe if we do start calling people out, they'll change their behavior and it will help others to not get ripped off.

I bought some cd's from this same thread, and I got the correct cd's in a very short time. Sorry to hear that your experience wasn't a good one- I hope it's made right!

I'm sorry to hear about the mix up. I also bought a handful of CD's from the same thread and they arrived quickly and as described.

I have been on here along time and i am a woman of her word. I made a mistake and had to wait until i got money in my paypal as soon as i did i sent you the money i was in contact with both of you and did appigize for the delay. I was on bhuz but did not buy anything beacuse i did not have any money in pay pal. I do not need to explain my personal life and finaces to everyone. i never saw this tread until now. so this is not what made me pay. i just finally got some money to trasfer to paypal. I am hurt that would would feel the need to write this. since i told you as soon as i had funs i would pay you which i did sorry it took so long once again. you could have took it up with paypal. but you did not. i beleive becuase you felt i was going to refund you and i did. I don't feel you need to make things public. It was a mistake but if you feel better for making it public then that is your right to do so. I am glad everything is taken care of.

I have been on here along time. I don't feel you need to call people out on something they wrote very nicely they would clear up. everyone else got there cd and there was one mistake . I am very sorry. I have done allot of buisness here and sometimes things happen in peoples lives, that is why we see people selling things to pay for a bill,or car, or dentist or something. Well i had to help the family. and i just had to wait until i had money to refund you. I am not here to argue or not refund anyone. All i can say is i fixed the mix up and sorry once again for the delay. Life happens. i hope that if things happen to any one on bhuz in the future that the people on the other end will be more understanding. I felt that you both trusted me and were understanding before this was wrote. I so not have any hard feeling about this i hope that you and Angel can forgive me and forward as well.

like i said in the thread i understand mistakes happen but the lack of reliable contact or replies is what was the issue was and drove me to write this and i did add an edit saying u did finally respond. it wasnt your actual product i had an issue with, it was the dodging. I have tons of PMs you didnt respond to and a Month is honestly a long time to not have a clear solution. we shouldnt have had to stalk your threads to get any response. THAT is what my issue is with.


If you had said 3 weeks ago, hey im sorry i dont have any money in my paypal ill refund you when i get some and then kept in some form of contact with me there wouldnt have been an issue (which you didnt say anything about until the 6th) all u said was oh ill fix it and then i didnt hear from you except for having to stalk threads to get a response in a blue moon.


however...i have not recieved ANY money returned yet so please do not say you did send some or fixed it until that occurs.

as for taking it up with Paypal. I would have if i hadnt foolishly sent it as a gift, which the blame there lies with me and no one else. and lesson learned.

lastly its not about making ppls mistakes public or some personal vendetta. i quaffled about writing this thread for weeks before finally doing it. I know how these usually turn into all out she said vs she said battles where everyone looks bad. I was at the point where I didnt know what else to do and really needed to vent about the whole situation. It was worth trying every ave before writing off the whole thing as a loss,
